 There's a bit of a sheep theme in this hotel. I don't know if sheep are farmed round here. I don't recall having seen any the whole time I've been in America. I've seen a few goats and did pass a field of llamas a couple of days ago. Today was also the first time I have seen lamb on a menu for a long time. It was very good. As soon as I sat down in the restaurant, the waitress started offering me cocktails. I think there's more booze about in Utah than anywhere else. There are also lots of foreign tourists. The waffle on my map says 'Utah may not be the most culturally diverse state in the US'. It seems more cosmopolitan than anywhere I've been since New York. Pretty much everywhere I've been I've heard people speaking French or German.
