 This is what we want! About half of today's ride on route 40 was like this. I think the writing is meant to say "Bike only"; America uses the same convention as Spain of putting the first word on the bottom. It makes a vague kind of sense, I suppose, because you get to that one first. The only trouble with this kind of road is that you do tend to suffer from the headwind. I was hoping that after five days it might be thinking of giving it a rest soon. Unfortunately, that doesn't look likely.
