 Two issues here. For a start, 25? On this road? From what I've seen so far, American driving is decidedly slow. Secondly though, what is it with putting so much writing on signs? If you just put a red circle round the number, everybody would know it was a speed limit. They seem obsessed with writing everything. Even the no entry signs have 'do not enter' written on the red bits.
