 After Evanton, there is a fun cycle path which stays close to the road but weaves its way between trees. It switches from one side of the road to the other several times at crossings like these. The silly thing is that there was a road sign in Evanton which said "Drivers MUST give way at zebra crossings", and then there are all these things which look quite like zebra crossings but where drivers have priority. I arrived at one of them at the same time as a car and each of us tried to wave the other through.
