 The diversion goes round in almost a complete circle past the stadium and ends near here on the opposite side of this road. The signs are a bit confusing though because they don't say which way is the diversion into the city centre and which way is the diversion for people heading North. I encountered the diversion somewhere in the middle, first followed it one way, then when that felt like it was taking be back towards the city I turned round and followed the diversion the other way. Now that has brought me to what should have been the start of the diversion for somebody going my way so I'll have to turn round again and follow it to its other end.
