 Tonight's accommodation opens at half past three, which is just about when the rain is forecast to end. When planning today's ride, I did consider trying to get most of the distance done before the rain started and then sitting in that pub while the storm passed through. It turned out though that that wouldn't work because the pub doesn't open until four o'clock.
