 This is the A38, just a few hundred metres from its very end. It's pointing the wrong way though. The southern part of the road curves round like a hook so although I am actually looking North-East in this picture, this is the view that you would have if you had travelled along the road in its South-Westerly direction and were about to reach its end. The reason why I booked a hotel on this retail park was so that I could go the the Asda and Halfords which are here yesterday evening. What didn't occur to me was that yesterday was Sunday so they were closed, so I'm having to go now.
