 I could have stayed in a cheaper hotel in the town centre but I've got a video meeting scheduled for four o'clock tomorrow morning so, in an act of snobbery, I wanted to be in a nice room for that. It's strange: I'm quite happy to stay in a cheap dingy hotel and put pictures of it on this website but I wouldn't want to do a video call from somewhere like that.
