 I chose last night's hotel because it was close to a lot of restaurants but then when I got there I wasn't hungry because I had stopped for a Sonic in the afternoon. Tonight's hotel isn't close to anything except a car dealership and a power station but I've just had another Sonic so I should be fine. The ride from the centre of Newport to here has just taken my total distance for this trip over 500 miles. I don't have a specific end point in mind for this trip but I would quite like to reach 1000 miles. That would take me to somewhere in rural Illinois.
