 This is the lobby of the global headquarters of the fourth largest telecommunications company in the world. All the walls with flowers on them are screens and the butterflies and hummingbirds on them are flying around, which is fascinating these people more than I would expect. I've come here to have another go at buying an American SIM card. Just out of view on the left there is an AT&T retail store which has five members of staff sitting around and no customers. They were reluctant to sell me the SIM because they looked up my phone's ID and said it wouldn't work on their 4G network. I knew it would though because that's the network which it was successfully roaming on all day yesterday.
