 This is a change of policy. Every previous time I've been to the buffet on this trip, the serving implements have been on the staff side of the counter so we have had to ask them for everything that we wanted. Now we are allowed to help ourselves. Perhaps they think it takes passengers three days to get into the habit of sanitising their hands before meals.
