 The last hour or so has been very different to the rest of Poland. The road has been a high-speed dual carriageway with viaducts and one impressive tunnel. The landscape has become hilly with a view of snow-capped mountains. I've stopped at a rest area which looked like it would give a good view of them. I walked round the car park trying to find a view which wasn't obstructed by trees, signs or lamp-posts and found that the best view was the one I had seen when parking the car. By the time I realised that though, four lorries had arrived and blocked the view even more.
