 When I visited that first Pingo Doce a few days ago, there was a heated cabinet containing some very good-smelling hot cooked chicken portions. I didn't buy any then because it was the middle of the day. Last night and tonight I've visited other branches in the hope of getting some to take to my hotel but I've been disappointed because in both of these branches, the hot chicken has been on a delicatessen-type counter where you would have to talk to somebody to get some. I did notice though that both branches sold dried cod like this.
