 The 25th of April is the most common name date for roads in Portugal. I've passed loads of them but this is the one which I decided to use. Now that I'm here, I realise that this one might be atypical because most commemorate the date of the Carnation Revolution in 1974 but the sign for this road shows the year 1987. Maybe the road was named in 1987 on the anniversary of the revolution. I don't know.
