 A rest area in Chatillon-Coligny. I managed the previous 10 miles in one hour, which matches my typical average rate of progress from the trips when I was fitter. However, I then stopped here for a 40 minute rest, meaning that, as has been usual this year, my average progress was about 10 kilometres per hour.
