 A little while ago, I came in here to have a shower and found the shower head lying on the side of the bath, a stubby bit of pipe coming out of the top of the taps, and no pipe connecting them. I gave up and unlocked the door again and just in time to see a man come out of a cupboard on the other side of the corridor holding the missing pipe. I then tried the other bathroom. It felt recently used and had two pairs of pants lying on the floor. I could hear people in the adjacent bedroom and got the impression that perhaps they thought it was their private bathroom and that if I tried to have a shower in there, which of course includes hand-washing my dirty clothes at the same time, they would probably come in through the connecting door while I was doing it. The pipe for this one seems to be back now, although it makes a bit of a nuisance of itself by trailing through the space where you have to stand to have a shower. On seeing that, I considered having a bath instead but there's no plug.
