 I think that's Three Waters Mountain. According to a notice board, water falling on different sides of it flows into the Gulf of Mexico, the Pacific Ocean and the Gulf of California. Thinking about it, that last one doesn't really happen because I think that for most of the year, all the water now gets taken out of the Colorado River before it reaches the sea.
