 Madisonville is named after the fourth president. I wonder who was the earliest president not to have a town named after them. I did go to Long John Silver's last night. It's a lot like all the other fast food chains but it specialises in seafood so it has slight hints of a fish and chip shop about it. One of them was that there was a bottle of vinegar on the table. It was the first time I've seen one on this trip. Tonight, I went to Denny's and saw what I thought was another bottle of vinegar on the table there. Thinking that vinegar must just be commonplace in Kentucky, I poured some on my steak. Maple syrup.
