 I'm about to enter Madisonville and I've just got phone coverage for the first time today. I've encountered no rain yet and it doesn't look like any is imminent so rather than hurrying to the hotel, I'm looking up whether there is either a real bike shop or a Dick's Sporting Goods, a chain store which I have discovered has a good range of bicycle paraphernalia, near here. The answer is that Madisonville doesn't have either but Clarksville has both. Maybe I will be going to Clarksville after all. I considered ordering a saddle from the Dick's website and getting it sent to the hotel here but to have it delivered tomorrow, I would have to have ordered it by half past eleven this morning. The old one had broken by then but I've only just been able to get online. I suppose I could get one delvered to the hotel in Clarksville. They told me on the phone last Friday that they were happy for me to have mail sent there.
