 The old bridge at Avenel, built in about 1869. The noticeboard talks a bit about the bridge and a bit about how there are more of those scar trees near here, but then starts waffling on about Ned Kelly again. Just as I was wrong in thinking that he spent many years with a bucket on his head, I think I was also wrong in assuming that he roamed all over Australia. It seems that he stayed within the region where I have been over the last two days.
