 What's going on here? There seem to be loads of people having a public barbecue across the road from my hotel. It's only 7 o'clock in the morning but it seems as busy out there as it would be in the middle of the day. Perhaps people around here all like to make an early start to compensate for the fact that it goes dark so early in the evenings, in which case perhaps they should implement daylight saving time like New South Wales and Victoria do.
