 I followed one of the national cycle routes for a while today, because it said it went to Tårs Harbour, but I soon found that it didn't use anything like the most direct route, although it also didn't help that I misinterpreted the route at one point and ended up in a school. I've just seen a sign saying that the cycle route from here to Odense is 55 km. I can see on the map that there's a route available which is barely any longer than the route 9 motorway, although there seems to be some confusion here as to how far that is.
