 The seafront in Büyükcekmece. In Venice, I said that the water we were seeing wasn't quite the Mediterranean. Well, this isn't either. It's the Sea of Marmara, which is joined to the Black Sea by the Bosphorus and to the Mediterranean by the Hellespont.
