 I'm not going to go any further. 80 miles on the open plains with a crosswind in Kansas was bad enough but today the land is equally flat, there's no accommodation before Las Vegas, 80 miles away, and I've got a proper headwind. If I go on much further, I'll be on the Interstate again and then won't be able to turn round for about 30 miles so I'm going to turn round here, go back to Mesquite and see if I can find some alternative transport.
