 It was lucky that I stopped for an afternoon meal yesterday because my motel's own cafe was shut and it would have required quite a long walk to reach the only other restaurant I saw in the town. The motel room was a bit smelly and there didn't seem to be much chance of getting breakfast this morning so I've made a good early start. This monument, which is one of several on this stretch of road, tells the history of the spread of the Mormon church through Utah.
