 Here's my starter. A lot of the food served in the restaurant is grown in the lodge's own garden or on its farm, wherever that might be. Edible flowers featured in all three of my courses. The waitress tells me that the next 20 miles or so, the section of the ride which I was originally meant to do today, is meant to be one of the 10 most scenic bits of road in the US.
