 This road is an absolute dream. I was only intending to stay on it for 7 miles but now I'm going to follow it all the way to Green River. It's smooth, flat and the shoulders are wide enough that motorists don't even feel the need to pull into the fast lane when they overtake me. I couldn't find anything in the rules about whether I was allowed to stop while I was on this road. There don't seem to be any police about though. In fact, there aren't many people about at all.
