 I feel like I've walked into somewhere from a film now. This is a place called Steak & Shake, of which there are a few in Indianapolis. It's still thriving at the moment. I don't know what time it closes. Perhaps it doesn't. Unfortunately, I didn't manage to get a good picture of the bow-tied waiters carrying trays of milkshakes. Having had a few steaks lately, I ordered chicken and something described as 'like a milkshake but made with water', and was a bit disappointed when what arrived was indistinguishable from a glass of water. It turned out though that everybody got one of those. The shake turned up a few minutes later.
