 I'm now at a junction of three roads with no signs. It's not marked on my paper map so I'm having to resort to Google Earth. I'm about to learn to treat Ohio like Romania and never touch the little roads. I spent an hour and a half on roads like this. They bore very little resemblance to the ones on the map and only one of the junctions had any direction signs. There were stop signs of course. The Americans seem to be obsessed with stopping at every junction, even on the type of road where you can spend an hour and a half without seeing a single car. I can't imagine what kind of idiot would come and install stop signs down here but not think of bringing any of those signs like they have in other places which make suggestions as to which road you might like to follow if you're trying to get to somewhere in particular.
