 There's a deer there. It stood in the shade watching me for a couple of minutes, then came out and started eating. I saw a dead one on the road a few minutes ago. I was coming down a hill yesterday and was startled to see a small monster in the road in front of me. It was about the size of a hedgehog but looked like a cross between a squirrel and a duck-billed platypus. I think it was equally startled and jumped into the undergrowth. I saw another one this morning and got a better look at its face. I think it might have been a groundhog.
