 The Estonians don't really seem to use coins much so instead they have about as many different denominations of paper money as a Monopoly set. The smallest of these is only worth about 10p. No wonder Karl von Baer (1792-1876) looks so miffed. It must have been bad enough that his birthday was the 29th of February.
