 For the last 10 km, the front tyre has been deflating. That made steering a little hard to control, so on the section where my side of the road ran alongside a river with no safety barrier, I felt safest riding in the middle of the road except for whenever a car came past. I didn't want to stop though because it was pouring with rain and the wind was blowing me along at good speed so I reckoned I would be able to get to here, Nalliers, before the bike became unrideable, and then try to find somewhere sheltered to do the repair. There is in fact a bus shelter just across the road but as soon as I got here the rain stopped.
