 Strangely, this is the second night in a row that I've looked at the restaurant menu online, decided that I wanted the lamb, then come to the restaurant, found that the actual menu is different and ended up with duck and chips instead. I don't think the two restaurants are part of the same chain so it must be a coincidence. This one is called "La Tchanka", which means "The Stilt". Apparently it's a reference to a tradition of shepherds in this region using stilts.
