 I don't know how these paths came about. This one runs alongside the motorway, which is to the left of the green wall. Wherever the motorway goes over a bridge, so does this, so I assume this must have been built at the same time or later. I don't think it could have been an old railway line. The one which I used yesterday was definitely too twisty to have ever been a railway.
