 Now, you may remember that on my trip 10 years ago, I tried to use the Strawberry Line for the second time, and for the second time it let me down. I said then that I wouldn't use it again. In fact, my words were "Never ever trust this disgraceful railway". If it does happen to be open though, it will save a lot of climbing so this morning I've been searching online for any reports of any part of it being closed. The most recent one that I could find was from nearly a year ago so, with a sense of forboding, Im going to try it again.
