 I am spending the first half of today on this road: Texas state route 66. It's nothing to do with the old US route 66. That did go through Texas but nowhere near here. This is the same road that I used for the last few miles into Royse City yesterday. There it was busy with traffic and the shoulder strip was full of debris, which was how I got a puncture. Today's section is much better.
