 Here's another shop which looks closed but is in fact open. This morning my camera was completely unresponsive. I remembered that my can of WD-40 wasn't completely empty yet so I sprayed some on the lens but the camera still did nothing when I pressed the power button. My guess was that the motors had caused an electronic malfunction while struggling to move the lens while it was jammed with grit. I decided I would have to get a new camera but for some reason there are no branches of Best Buy anywhere along my planned route through Illinois; the one which I saw on this retail park in 2017 has recently turned into a cosmetics shop. Therefore i decided to come to Staples was to look for a new camera. Just before leaving the hotel to come here I gave the old one another try and it briefly turned on to say that its battery was flat. I recharged it for a while and now it seems fine. I've been charging it every day so I think that perhaps it ran its battery down during the night through trying to retract its jammed lens. I did still go into Staples though because while researching their services I realised that they would be able to print out colour versions of those travel documents which so far I've only been able to print in greyscale. They agreed to do it but said it would tak about an hour.
