 This is US Highway 67, which I have been on for the last 13 km. It's busier than most of the roads that I've used recently but it's had two lanes each way plus beautifully smooth full-width hard shoulders. With the wind at my back I've been flying along it. Now the shoulder has come to an abrupt end just 300 metres away from tonight's hotel. I think I'll walk over the grass from here.
