 There was guided tour group not far behind me while I was walking past the Red Courthouse so I got to hear some snatches of what the tour guide was saying. One phrase that I caught was "He looked like Walt Disney". At the time I didn't know who he was talking about but then I came round the corner and found this statue of George Dealey, who was publisher of the Dallas Morning News and campaigned for the area behind him to be revitalised in the 1930s. It became known as Dealey Plaza.
