 A morning view of the river. I have no particular plan for this trip but an idea which came into my mind a few weeks ago and stuck there was to get the ferry to Le Havre, at the mouth of the Seine, and then follow the river all the way up to its source. After about a week of mulling that idea over and deciding that I liked it, I learned that ferries don't go to Le Havre any more, which is why I have spent the last three days riding from Ouistreham to here. From here, I will try following the river but Seine downstream of Paris is very wiggly so I will probably take some short cuts.
