 The road wasn't closed. It was just that for the last 10 km there have been quite a lot of places where one side has been dug up because a water pipe is being installed. That didn't cause any trouble. However, I've now passed the end of the supposedly closed bit of road so I think i'm now on the part which is so-called finished. It's a total mess.
