 After sitting under a tree for an hour watching the tourists, I'm now in my hotel room. My rooms for the previous two nights were both rather small and humid. This one has a lot more space and air conditioning. One thing which all three of them have had though is something which I have previously stated on this website that we never have in Europe, which is light switches in the bathroom, like on the left here. I'm very surprised that these are allowed. The mains is at 240 volts here.
