 Bike traffic lights sometimes have the little white lights which go out one at a time to count down to when the lights change. The scale isn't linear though. At first, one light goes out every five or six seconds so it looks like you will be stuck here for ages. Often, I have then looked away or tried to check my map or something like that. Then the white lights speed up and the traffic lights change when I'm not ready for it.
