 Today's start and end points are only 18 km apart, although I'm intending to ride significantly further than that. In fact, both hotels market themselves as being in Amsterdam, a city which I don't consider that I'm visiting this year. I can tell that my destination is not far away because it's near the airport and planes are already passing me pretty low in the sky.
