 Here's what's in the field. When I took this picture yesterday, I guessed that it was of a tulip field. It has that kind of look. These look a bit like tulip bulbs but I'm not sure. I'm confused as to why they're not underground. Incidentally, a couple of days ago, I turned the television on for the first time on this trip. What came on was what looked like live coverage of a procession where a sculpture of a head the size of a truck, made out of tulips, with moving eyes and mouth, was slowly moving past hundreds of spectators.
