 There's no need for me to arrive at the hotel this early so I'm going to watch this week's Only Connect which, for technical reasons, I can only watch on this little screen. I'm doing it out here on this bench in the countryside because, as I understand it, and I might be wrong, this is now illegal in Britain because watching catch-up services requires a television licence. Back home, random roadside benches don't have television licences but I once heard somewhere that the whole of the Netherlands does.
