 The bridge on the ring road must lift of swing or something similar but I can't really see how. It's got automatic barriers to close the road and a control room at the top of the support tower. I wanted to take a picture with sheep in the foreground but a woman and a dog were patiently waiting for me to come past so I couldn't really stop there.
