 It's not what I expected. You select what you want to eat on this tablet and the food gets brought to you. It lets you choose up to five items every 10 minutes but you can stay as long as you like for the fixed price. Drinks cost extra. Looking it up afterwards, I get the impression that this is an independent restaurant, not part of a chain. That surprised me because when the tablet application started up, it briefly showed a Dutch web address. Maybe all-you-can-eat sushi is popular in the Netherlands and some company there wrote a template application which places like this can use.
