The hut on the left is the Mega-Peace Musuem, which is to do with nuclear power. On the right, you can see the back of a mark 14 torpedo. In the background is the sail from the USS Hawkbill SSN-666. Information boards in the gazebo explain that the tests to show that a nuclear reactor could run for long enough to power a submarine were performed at the Idaho Lab, and that there is a dry dock for submarines somewhere on the coast which is named Arco because US submarine facilities are named after towns which have nuclear reactors. I didn't see anything which explained what connects this specific submarine to Arco though.
