 The stairs in last night's hotel were strange. The bottom half a flight were carpeted and dominated the reception area. Then they went through a fire door and the top half were very bare and humid because they were the only part of the hotel which wasn't air conditioned. Tonight's stairs are unremarkable. I'll only be using them until the morning. Once I've been to the beach, my trip will be over so I'll be able to use the lift as much as I like.
